This photo was found at one of the photo albums belonging to an Einsatzgruppen soldier. This photo shows an Einsatzgruppen soldier preparing to shoot a Jew. The Jewish man kneeling in front of the filled mass grave (which soon will become his own grave) before the bullets hits his head. It's occurred in Vinnitsa, Ukraine, in 1941. The Einsatzgruppen is one of Nazi military units forces that were responsible for The Holocaust in Ukraine in 1941. At that time, at least 28,000 jews from Vinnitsa and its surrounding area were killed by Einsatzgruppen. The title "The Last Jew in Vinnitsa" is taken from label that written behind this photo.
